Policy Reminders

December 31, 2025 is the deadline to make an annual qualifying gift for President's Club recognition.

Helpful tips for year-end giving

  • The university will be closed Wednesday, December 24, 2025, through Thursday, January 1, 2026.
  • Gifts may be made online prior to midnight, Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
  • Mailing your gift: Checks, including matching gift payments, must have a 2025 postmark date to be eligible for 2025 President’s Club recognition. Credit card gifts sent via mail must be received and processed by 1 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31. Any credit card gifts received by postal mail in January 2026, regardless of postmark date, will be counted as 2026 gifts for tax purposes credit. Please mail to: The Ohio State University Foundation, P.O. Box 736096, Chicago, IL 60673-6096.
  • Credit card gift over the phone: Please call the Engagement Center at 614-292-2281. Their phone lines are regularly open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. They will be closed Wednesday, December 24, through Friday, December 26, 2025, and on Thursday, January 1, 2026. The team will only be available until noon on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Please note that President’s Club staff are unable to process credit card gifts.
