Lucy I. Zimmerman is an associate curator in the Wexner Center for the Arts' exhibitions department. Since joining the Wex as a curatorial assistant in 2014, she has assisted in the organization and presentation of more than a dozen exhibitions and has curated exhibitions, commissioned new art works, and managed site-specific projects including Stanya Kahn: No Go Backs; Alicia McCarthy: No Straight Lines; Cecilia Vicuña: Lo Precario/The Precarious; Mickalene Thomas: I Can’t See You Without Me; and Anita Witek: Clip.
Ms. Zimmerman also curated the presentation of video works by Stanya Kahn and Nicolás Guagnini and Karin Schneider in The Box. Prior to joining the Wex, she worked as a curatorial research assistant at the Cleveland Museum of Art.
